Abstract

West Java's exports in November 2022 experienced a slight decrease, namely by 2.23 percent compared to October 2022. The export value in November reached USD 3.08 billion. This decline is contrary to the national trend, where Indonesia's overall exports increased in November 2022. Despite the decline, West Java's export value in November 2022 was still higher than November 2021. Compared to the previous year, West Java's exports in November 2022 increased by 2.52 percent. Some of the main products exported from West Java in November 2022 include textile products and textile products, electronic products and rubber products. The decline in exports in November 2022 was caused by several factors, including a decline in global demand, fluctuations in currency exchange rates and supply chain disruptions. The West Java Provincial Government continues to strive to increase the competitiveness of export products and diversify export destination markets. These efforts are carried out through various programs, such as improving product quality, promoting superior products, and facilitating access to financing for business actors.
