West Java Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) February 2019 was 7.73 percent

The total workforce in February 2019 was 23.83 million people, an increase of 1.06 million people compared to February 2018. In line with the increase in the workforce, the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) also increased by 1.88 percentage points. In the last year, unemployment decreased by 15.67 thousand people, in line with the TPT which fell to 7.73 percent in February 2019. Judging from the level of education, the TPT for Vocational High Schools (SMK) is still the highest among other levels of education, namely 12, 22 percent.
