Open Unemployment (TPT) in West Java in February 2021 was 8.92 percent

The total workforce in February 2021 was 24.50 million people, down 0.01 million people compared to conditions in February 2020, but up 0.29 million people compared to conditions in August 2020. In line with this, the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) fell by 1 .06 percentage points compared to February 2020, but increased by 0.30 percentage points compared to August 2020, to 64.83 percent in February 2021. The open unemployment rate (TPT) for February 2021 was 8.92 percent, an increase of 1.21 percentage points compared to the situation in February 2020, but down 1.54 percentage points compared to the situation in August 2020. The working population in February 2021 was 22.31 million people, a decrease of 0.31 million people from February 2020, but an increase of 0.63 million people from August 2020.
