Sharing Knowledge Knows Contents: Determination of Credit Scores for Functional Positions

PermenPAN-RB Number 1 of 2023 is an improvement of PermenPAN-RB Number 13 of 2019 concerning the Proposing, Determination, and Development of Functional Positions of Civil Servants (PNS). PermenPAN-RB 1/2023 may not be perfect, but it is hoped that it can be a solution. Credit Score is a unit of value from the description of activities and/or the accumulation of value from the description of activities that must be achieved by the Functional Officer in the context of the career development concerned. The adjustment of conventional credit scores to integration is calculated using a predetermined formula.
