The ZI Team has the main tasks: Create and implement ZI development plans. Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of ZI development. Provide guidance to employees regarding ZI. Conduct ZI socialization to the community. Coordinating with related parties to support ZI development. The ZI Team also has several functions, namely: As a facilitator in the implementation of ZI development. As a motivator for employees to improve integrity and performance.
