This socialization explained the mechanism for selecting Exemplary Statistical Personnel (IST) at the Central Statistics Agency to develop human resources with Smart ASN characteristics and AKHLAK behavior as role models. The participants are employees with a minimum of 4 years of service who have good performance and have never received severe disciplinary sanctions.
